Fix “The disk is unreadable error” on Mac
As In Mac operating system the only repair utility provided is disk utility tool and while user attempts to fix “The disk is unreadable error” system again shows messages on the screen as below:-
“Verify and Repair volume “disk1s3”
Checking Journaled HFS Plus volume.
Invalid node structure
Invalid B-tree node size
Invalid node structure
Invalid B-tree node size
Volume check failed.
Error: File system verifies or repair failed.”
The reason behind the failure of disk utility is data structure, library files or hard drive damage along with file system and node structure corruption too. Since the error message states to initialize the drive in order to access the drive but the problem is after initializing the drive the entire data of the hard drive gets removed. It can be the outcome of invalid system files presence, corrupt iNode and hence one has to fix the damaged data structure by means of replacing it.
If the replacement of the data structure fails without drive formatting then user needs to perform file recovery to get the lost files of the drive retrieved. Format the drive and then after retrieving the lost files from the drive using Mac data recovery software restore them on the drive. Thus with the simple and excellent Mac data recovery software it gets possible to Fix “The disk is unreadable error” without any data loss.
